A classic lever on a rose backplate. Made from solid brass or solid bronze.  An attractive lever handle. The style can be used throughout the home. and a large range of backplates to match are available

This item is aged to highlights the darker features of the handles and is suitable for indoors and outdoors.  The antiquing process speeds up the natural tarnishing and creates an aged appearance. It is recommended that the product is regularly wiped with a lightly oiled cloth to remove harmful deposits and to lubricate working and moving parts. Over time the product will darken and occasional polishing will brighten the brass although the aging can also be polished out.

The period rose is fitted with a strong spring.

Matching surface mounted screws are included with a spindle.

These handles will fit a standard tubular latch – normally recommend 2 1/2 inch or 3 inch for a lever handle.  If you decide to fit on a sash lock. then select a matching polished nickel escutcheon to sit below the handle and provide a decorative surround for the key hole.

Not suitable on a multipoint locking system as the handle is sprung and cannot lift upwards.
