Quotes – All quotes are valid for a period of 14 days only. The quote given is for the complete order as detailed,, if only part of the goods in the quotation are required this will affect any discounts given.
Delivery – All dates are given in good faith and are not binding. PHG aims to deliver all goods within 14 working days from order, but please allow 28 working days bespoke goods may take longer.
Samples – All samples must be returned to PHG within 7 days for a refund after that time a credit note will be issued. To purchase a sample product you must inform the sales staff at the time of purchase and a sample purchase invoice will be raised.
Damages & Shortages – Must be notified within 24 hours from time of delivery and all packaging kept for inspection.
Ownership of goods – All goods remain the property of PHG direct until paid for in full.
Payment – Payments made by cheque must be cleared before despatch of goods (7 working days)
Cancellation – We are unable to accept cancellation of any bespoke goods once work has started.
E&OE – If a price has been displayed as £0.00 in error or a retail price has not been established, The PHG Group in line with the Sale of Goods act will charge an “appropriate price”, this “appropriate price” will be based upon either the manufacturers recommended retail price or current UK averaged retail price.
Offer to Purchase – When you place an order to purchase a product from phg-uk.com, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Order Completed E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Complete E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in an Order Completed E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. The Period House Group reserves the right to decline any offer to purchase.
Returns – Goods will not be accepted for return without prior agreement. Returns must be made within 14 working days of delivery. Returns will not be considered after one calendar month from receipt of goods. All carriage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the goods are inspected and are deemed to be faulty. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted and any further costs may be added if the goods are not in a resalable condition or in original unopened packaging. Please do not deface the product box.
Goods that are made to order – this includes Croft, Finesse, Kirkpatrick, Giara, Brionne, Dartington, Stair rods, forged electrics, and other specialist items are non-returnable.
If your order was subject to free shipping or any free items, the actual cost of this will be deducted from any refund.

Guarantee – All products are guaranteed for a period of one year from invoice date.
Design – All designs are liable to alterations as the majority of our goods are handmade. If you require all the goods to be the same please ensure you purchase all goods needed for your project in one go.
Discounts – Discounts are available to trade customers or private customers with larger projects proof of trade may be required, any discounts may be affected if part or an order is returned or cancelled.
When returning goods please make sure the goods are insured as we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.
