A concealed set of unsprung solid mortice knobs. reproduced from a classic Regency design. This door knob is cleverly designed and screwed to the door with a concealed baseplate. Finished with an elegant threaded nickel rose that conceals all fixing screws.
These are handcrafted brass. nickel plated door knobs. being unlacquered they achieve a timeless elegance. highly polished on all surface areas but aged to highlight the detail.
These knobs will age and tarnish over time as part of the ageing process but can be polished time and time again if you want to achieve a more contemporary finish.
This knob set is also available in aged brass if you are looking for a more aged period look.
These From The Anvil Elmore Door Knob Sets are unsprung. They are made from solid brass and have fixed roses. They are for use as a mortice knob only. For rim locks try the Prestbury Bloxwich knob set which have loose roses which enable them to be used with a rim lock or use with a mortice lock.
They have 8mm threaded spindle to take adjustment for various door thickness.
We recommend that the centre of the knob is positioned a minimum of 3 inches from the edge of the door. we can also supply a latch for this see 18299/4 this is a heavy duty latch.
This product is un -lacquered allowing the finish to mellow over time.
Supplied with necessary fixing screws.
