Description
Constructed from SUS 201 stainless steel, this Eclipse washered hinge uses four washers to provide a smooth bearing action while retaining a notably slim knuckle. The 102x67x2.5mm format is intended to accommodate installations where a 102mm hinge is required within a 33mm-wide door preparation.
Its specification includes Grade 7 performance under BS EN 1935, tested through 200,000 cycles, with a stated maximum total door mass of 40kg. The hinge is also presented as a retrofit option for compatible older DSW and DPBW brass butt hinges.
Fire testing is stated to BS EN 1634, including FD30 and 60-minute timber door performance and FD240 steel door performance. Certification references comprise CE 2812, UKCA 1121 and Certifire CF336. Each pack contains two hinges with 8x1.1/4" Pozi Drive threaded screws.
