Description
These Eclipse hinge pads are manufactured from ultra-thin graphite-based intumescent sheet, providing protection around the hinge preparation without requiring substantial additional rebating. The 0.8mm material is highly flexible and can be readily cut or shaped to correspond with the intended fitting.
The fibre-free composition is safe to handle and remains unaffected by moisture, humidity, atmospheric pollution and other household chemicals. Six square pads are supplied per set. The product is CE and UKCA approved and carries 30- and 60-minute fire ratings under BS EN 1634.
