During the final stages of manufacturing, we apply a durable, matt lacquer to this finish which helps preserve its distinctive tones. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. If left untouched, this finish will oxidise over time and naturally age to create a historically beautiful look. Aged Bronze - These products are manufactured from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. During the final stages of manufacturing, From The Anvil apply a robust lacquer which helps preserve this bright contrast. Unlacquered Brass - They are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues that offer a depth of reflection. When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish them using a dry cloth and some Brasso. This finish is aged and then subsequently re-polished to highlight the lighter surface areas against the darker, detailed parts.
