When polished, it offers an impressive depth of reflection. Unlacquered Brass - They are made from solid, unlacquered brass and have soft, golden hues that offer a depth of reflection. Favoured for its bright, bold appearance, Polished Chrome is well suited to contemporary designs and offers a smooth, mirror finish when polished. Polished Chrome - These products are made from a base of solid brass coated with a durable chrome plating to give an exceedingly high-sheen finish. The products are beautifully suited to listed, cottage and period properties because of their timeless appearance. This finish undergoes a complex manufacturing process which creates fewer textural marks to give a smoother overall appearance. Available in - Antique Pewter - This finish offers the same protection as Pewter Patina but has a solid Brass base rather than steel. Polished Nickel - These products are manufactured from a solid brass base with high-quality plating. To restore these products to their former glory, simply polish them using a dry cloth and some Brasso. Polished Bronze - These products are made from solid bronze containing a minimum of 85% copper. This knocker fixes to your door using a bolt-through fixing for the knocker and strike plate which is fitted with a dome head cap on the internal side of the door.
