During the manufacturing process, our Black products are baked in a high-temperature oven, giving them durable, corrosion-resistant qualities. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder-coated finish. Its subtle sheen offers a bold contrast on stained and painted timber alike. This produces a beautifully smooth look with an abundance of charm, perfectly suited to traditional and contemporary settings alike. The products are beautifully suited to listed, cottage and period properties because of their timeless appearance. Available below in -Natural Smooth Finish - Manufactured from cast iron and finished with a clear matt lacquer. Black - A popular choice in traditional settings. Beeswax Finish - Our most authentic finish for steel. Supplied in SINGLES complete with fixings. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre.
