Description
Manufactured from malleable iron, the Kirkpatrick Gate Stop is a traditional gate fitting with a simple profile and a ball-shaped terminal designed to provide an easy hand grip.
Two fixing arrangements are available. Product 179 is intended for fixing into cement or concrete, while product 180 incorporates a floor plate fixing. The black plain finish is specified to provide additional protection and durability.
The fitting forms part of Kirkpatrick’s Black Antique collection, traditionally produced by skilled blacksmiths at the company’s Walsall foundry in the UK. Kirkpatrick has manufactured ironmongery there since 1855. Gate stops are supplied singly with fixings.
