Description
Malleable iron construction defines the Kirkpatrick Night Latch, traditionally made by skilled UK blacksmiths at the manufacturer’s Walsall foundry. The traditional form is part of the black antique collection, with Black Antique, Pewter and Argent finish options.
The latch is fitted to the internal surface of the door. A small lever provides opening from inside, while the snib keeps the latch open so it does not lock as the door closes. The Narrow configuration requires a 40mm backset; the Standard configuration uses 60mm, measured between the door edge and keyhole centre.
Supply comprises the internal latch with fixing screws. Specify and order the rim cylinder separately.
