Description
Constructed from handmade wrought iron, the Spira Brass Cottage Gate Thumb Latch & Keeper uses a traditional basic operating arrangement. The thumb latch is installed on one side of the door or gate, while the latch bar is positioned on the other.
When the thumb latch is depressed, the mechanism lifts the latch bar clear of its keep, allowing the door or gate to open. The iron components are protected with a high-density zinc-rich undercoat and finished with a UV colour-fast black powder coating for increased durability.
