Constructed from solid cast iron, the Spira Brass Regency Rim Latch features a dotted Victorian pattern across the latch body. Brass fittings are finished with a hand aged treatment, complementing the decorative character of the design.

The latch uses a single-lever, dual-handed configuration and incorporates a thumb nail rim latch. It can be fitted to either the left or right hand side of a door. An emergency release allows access from outside the room, while each unit is hand finished and supplied with a lock keep.
